Alright, I'm going to finally blog about the big day. No I didn't get any AARP cards, Centrum Silver vitamins, Just for Men, or Vitamin V (the little blue pill...you know the commercial Viva Viagra, if you experience an okay I won't go there), but I did get a wonderful wall of appreciation from many of you that stirred my heart in many ways. I appreciate all the meaningful words and memories, I laughed, I cried, I reminisced about the old times and look forward to all the new journeys ahead. Caedon, Norah, Jen and my parents made me feel special on my monumental day. Jen spent most of the day preparing a wonderfully special meal and a delicious German Chocolate cake (made from scratch) all while potty training Caedon and nursing Norah back to health. She is my nomination for Supermom of the Year.
We've also been getting the house ready for the holidays and continue to do so. Caedon and I went to a tree lot and found a tree. Caedon picked it out himself. Turns out it was not the fullest, most picturesque tree on the lot, but Caedon picked it out and we love it!
