I always wanted to try to capture some light trails and had an idea to get the Minneapolis skyline in the background as well. I set up my tripod on the Penn Ave. ramp to 394. Come to find out, I was not the only one with this idea. About a dozen people joined me to take pictures of downtown. I thought wow, I really know how to choose a spot. But really they were there to watch the fourth of July fireworks after the Twins game at Target Field.
